Are your products handmade?
Yes, most of our products are handmade or crafted by skilled artisans. This gives a unique touch and premium quality to each product.
Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely! We accept custom orders with designs according to your wishes. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your custom needs.
How long does production take for custom orders?
Production time for custom orders is usually 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. We will provide a more accurate time estimate after discussing your order details.

How can I order products?
You can order through our marketplace (Tokopedia, Shopee) or contact us directly via WhatsApp. Click the "Order via WhatsApp" button on the product page for direct ordering.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI), e-wallet (OVO, GoPay, Dana), and payment through marketplaces.
Does the price include shipping?
Product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated based on destination location and product weight at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:
- Jabodetabek: 1-3 business days
- Java: 2-5 business days
- Outside Java: 3-7 business days
What shipping couriers are used?
We use various trusted couriers such as JNE, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja, and Ninja Express. You can choose your preferred courier when ordering.
Is the product insured during shipping?
Yes, we recommend using shipping insurance, especially for high-value products. Insurance cost is minimal and provides maximum protection.
What if the product is damaged during shipping?
If the product is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photo evidence of the damage. We will help with insurance claims or send a replacement product.
Returns & Warranty
Is there a warranty for products?
Yes, all our products have a 30-day warranty for manufacturing or material defects. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use.
What is the return procedure?
For returns:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product
- Send photos of the product and explain the reason for return
- Wait for return approval confirmation
- Return the product in original condition (unused)
- Refund will be processed after we receive the product
Can I exchange for a different size or model?
Yes, exchanges can be made for ready stock products within 7 days of receipt. Product must be in unused condition and packaging must be intact.

How do I care for wood calligraphy?
Tips for caring for wood calligraphy:
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure
- Clean with a dry cloth or duster
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents
- Store in a room with normal humidity
- Polish with furniture polish if needed
Is the product waterproof?
Most of our products are coated with a protective layer for better durability. However, we do not recommend placing the product in very humid areas or direct water exposure.
